Bi-directional calendar sync
Meetings scheduled through the matchmaking grid or your sales pipeline are pushed to each participant's calendar within seconds. If someone adds a personal event that blocks a time slot, the system pulls that conflict in and flags it before a double-booking can happen.
Two-way data flow
Changes made on either side — mytradeshow.ai or the calendar app — propagate automatically. Cancel a meeting in Outlook, and the grid updates.
