Sell booths. Build a team. Earn on three levels.

We are looking for commission-based sales agents who know their local event market. You sell exhibitor booths in your territory, recruit other agents, and earn on everything your network produces — across three levels of commissions.

No inventory. No booth construction. Just conversations, relationships, and a platform that event organizers genuinely want.

Why we need you

Events are local. Sales should be too.

Trade shows happen in cities, not in the cloud. The best salespeople for an exhibition in Lyon, Sao Paulo, or Chicago are the ones who already know the organizers, the venues, and the exhibitor community. That is why we are building a network of independent agents instead of a centralized inside-sales team.

You bring the relationships and local knowledge. We bring the platform, the marketing, and a commission structure that rewards you for developing other agents — not just for your own pipeline.

Recruit, coach, and earn on your team

When you find another talented seller in your region, bring them on. You earn overrides on their closes — and on the agents they recruit. Your network becomes your business.

Compensation

Three levels of commissions

You earn on your own closes. Then you earn on agents you recruit. Then you earn when their recruits close. The structure rewards builders, not just closers.

Level 1

Your direct sales

Earn commission on every booth, sponsorship, or package you close with event organizers in your territory.

Level 2

Agents you recruit

When sales agents you onboard close their own qualified deals, you earn an override on their production.

Level 3

Your team's recruits

When agents recruited by your team bring on their own sellers who close deals, you participate in a third tier of overrides — rewarding depth and leadership.

Exact commission rates, caps, and qualification rules are shared during onboarding and formalized in your agent agreement. This page is an overview, not a contract or income guarantee.

From our agents

Real people, real results

I was selling sponsorships for a regional conference when I heard about the agent program. Within six months, I had three other agents working with me in the Midwest. The overrides are real — they changed my income trajectory.

Who we are looking for

You do not need a resume from enterprise tech. You need local knowledge, sales instincts, and the ambition to build something bigger than a solo pipeline.

Sales agent meeting with an event organizer

B2B sales experience

You have sold services, media, sponsorships, or trade-show space before. You understand pipeline and follow-up.

Regional network

You already know exhibitors, agencies, or event-adjacent vendors in a specific region. Your Rolodex is your edge.

Comfortable with commission

You are motivated by uncapped earnings, not a salary floor. You thrive when your income is tied to your results.

Leadership mindset

You enjoy coaching others and building something bigger than yourself. You see team-building as a multiplier.

Day in the life

What a typical week looks like

Monday — territory mapping

Review your pipeline, check which organizers have upcoming events, and prioritize the warmest conversations. Our CRM keeps everything in one view.

Tuesday — outreach and meetings

Call or meet organizers to introduce the platform. You are not cold-calling — most leads come from your existing network or referrals from other agents.

Wednesday — follow-ups and demos

Walk interested organizers through a live demo. We provide a sandbox environment and a slide deck you can customize for each prospect.

Thursday — team development

Spend an hour coaching newer agents on your team. Share what is working, review their pipeline, and help them prepare for upcoming meetings.

Friday — review and plan

Check your commission dashboard, review closed deals, and update your forecast. Plan next week around the highest-value opportunities.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

No. Most agents work independently and set their own hours. Some treat this as a primary income; others layer it alongside existing consulting or sales work.

That depends on your territory size, deal flow, and team. We do not publish fixed rates on this page — those are covered in your agent agreement — but the three-level structure means your earnings compound as your network grows.

You sell booth space, sponsorship packages, and the mytradeshow.ai platform license to event organizers. We provide demo access, pitch materials, and pricing sheets.

Not at all. The product is intuitive and we train you on the value story. If an organizer has technical questions, our solutions team joins the call.

We assign non-overlapping regions based on geography and industry verticals. You propose a territory during onboarding, and we confirm or adjust so no two agents compete for the same accounts.

Yes. Your recruits get their own territory assignment. You earn overrides on their production regardless of where they sell.
