Our office is located in SOMA just a few blocks from Salesforce Park, Embarcadero / Market St, and tons of MUNI and BART transit stops.
We care deeply about output and results, so we're trying to stack the deck in favor of that by doing our work together, in-person.
Our working model is "default in-person".
Default in-person means you're in the office unless there is a specific reason not to be i.e. you're onsite with customers, you're at a conference, you're not feeling well.
Why "default in-person"?
We think that this is critical to correctly set the direction and tempo for the company in our early days. Building connections with one another is just as important as building the product and doing so in person is a qualitatively better experience from doing so over Zoom.
