Countersignature
Definition
Countersignature is the organizer’s (or second party’s) signature that completes a bilateral contract after the exhibitor or sponsor has signed.
Without countersignature, some agreements remain one-sided and inventory status is ambiguous. Automate countersign routing so deals do not sit unsigned on a manager’s desk. Record timestamps for audit and dispute handling.
