Pace-to-goal compares cumulative closed revenue or space against the expected trajectory needed to hit the edition target by a given date.
Pace charts reveal whether the team is ahead or behind before the calendar becomes unforgiving. Pair pace with coverage: ahead on pace with thin coverage is fragile. Reset the pace curve when inventory mix changes mid-cycle.
