Win/loss analysis
Definition
Win/loss analysis is a structured review of closed-won and closed-lost deals to learn why buyers chose (or rejected) the show, package, or pricing.
Without win/loss rituals, organizers repeat the same pitch mistakes each edition. Capture reasons while memory is fresh, then theme them monthly. Honest losses (wrong category fit) matter as much as competitive losses.
