Outreach cadence
Definition
Outreach cadence is an outreach cadence is the planned rhythm of touches (email, call, LinkedIn, or other) across days or weeks designed to earn a reply without exhausting the prospect.
Cadence turns follow-up from memory into process. Space touches so each message adds news or proof, not “just checking in.” Different ICPs need different cadences — renewals are not cold prospects.
