For organizers, the hub's usability directly moves the metrics that matter commercially: response rate on requests (unanswered requests are the biggest leak in most matchmaking funnels), no-show rate (a hub that shows table numbers and fires reminders gets people to the right place), and exhibitor satisfaction (sales teams judge the platform almost entirely through this one screen). In practice, a good hub gives each meeting a clear status, one-tap accept and decline, visible location details, and reschedule flows that don't require support tickets. During the show, it doubles as the on-site truth source, so it needs to work offline enough to show today's confirmed schedule in a dead spot. The common mistake is onboarding participants into matchmaking without ever showing them the hub — people accept two requests from emails and never realize there's a screen managing it all. One honest nuance: exhibitor teams need shared visibility of the whole stand's meetings, not just individual diaries, and plenty of platforms handle that badly. Test the team view before you buy.
