The common mistake is launching it and never reading the transcripts, which are the best free research an organizer gets: unanswered questions are literally your audience telling you what information is missing. The honest nuance vendors skip is that recommendation quality depends on your data about attendees and exhibitors, not the AI label — a concierge with thin profiles gives generic answers in fluent, friendly prose.
