Agent guardrails are hard limits on what an AI agent may say or do — blocked actions, required approvals, topic boundaries, and safety checks.
Guardrails are how organizers deploy agents without gambling the brand. Prefer allowlists for write actions. Soft guidelines in prompts are not enough for outbound email.
